Note: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No pro-rata refunds for unused time.
All payments are non-refundable, except as required by Australian Consumer Law.
This includes mid-cycle cancellations, change of mind, unused briefs or features, and service dissatisfaction.

This limitation does NOT exclude liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
"Lifetime Access" refers to access for the operational lifetime of SEO Cluster AI, not the purchaser's lifetime. We intend to maintain the service long-term and estimate a minimum service life of 5 years from purchase date.
Should we discontinue SEO Cluster AI, we will:
Refund = $149 × (years remaining from 10-year expected life / 10)We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party providers (Google Cloud, OpenAI, Stripe) beyond our control. However, if such interruptions make the service permanently unusable, Lifetime users retain refund rights under section 8.2.
Lifetime Access includes core features available at purchase. Future premium features may require separate purchase. We will never reduce core functionality for existing Lifetime users.
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO AUSTRALIAN CONSUMERS:
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:
You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have it rectified in a reasonable time.
